You need to use paragraphs! They break things up to make them more readable!
As for the plot,
1) I never heard of a guy cumming from cock and ball torture, but different things for different folks I guess.
2) Never leave bound and gagged people alone! This is a definite safety no-no, and thus not erotic.
3) The super-human erection machine at the end was just silly. (7/10)

- Regarding 2), this is fantasy, safety rules for the real world do not apply and other stories here have much more extreme stuff than tied people being left unattended.
Regarding 3), I thought that the cold/hot training at the end was very erotic and by far the best part of the story. As you said yourself, "different strokes for different folks".

The first part, even with the sister, until 10:00 is most interesting. The journey make me loose the mood. (8/10)

Loved the opening. Very romantic and sexy. I liked it less when the sister arrived, but still very good. The opening would be 10, the rest 6, hence 8 (8/10)
