Is this even a story? You have no plot, and you give no clue why people are doing what they do! It is like you wrote a bunch of paragraphs. Flush this out with real details, motives, plot, etc., and I will be happy to raise your rating. (4/10)

Not really a story, hardly even a teaser for one. The ideas are rich and interesting, but there needs to be more length and exploration of the various things. The adventures outside, for example, could be stretched into many more words, slowly teasing and exciting the reader instead of clubbing the reader with it and then leaving them wanting more. A longer story will make scores higher... and this one deserves more. (6/10)
