Interesting little essay. Nicely done with a good ending as well.
On the other hand, I found "Sally's First Time" to be too short to be really enjoyable. And besides the self-bondage, nothing really happens.
As a result, the story comes across as a bit pedestrian instead of growing in intensity.
Solid writing though.
