This is an interesting story compared to others I read. I do however feel that her injuries could prevent her from some future sex acts though which I wouldn't really like to read about. It was good, but nothing really sex related except for tiny bits, but enough to munch on.
Maybe in your next one you can add some sex scenes, but lovely bondage. (7/10)

This story talked to my personal desires. A bit more post-crash action would have been better, but I really enjoyed the setting! (9/10)
