One of the best stories I've ever read! Lisa Jones is fabulous...read everything she writes...you'll be glad you did!
"Don't you ever leave me again"!...one of the best endings as well! (10/10)

At the risk of sounding sappy, this story is so great, I want to hug it. I reviewed this once before, but then the site's server crashed and my review got deleted, so I feel the need to reaffirm my love for "Step by Step," which is fine because I can't say enough nice things about it. I've reread it enough times that I've practically got it memorized by this point. I was not expecting to be touched so deeply by something I'd find on an erotica site, but this is really one of the most moving things I've read. Being fairly anti-religion makes me like it all the more. I really do wish I could find a way to adapt it to a film. (10/10)

- That's really nice of you to say so. In many ways Step By Step is one of my favourites. Whilst the story is purely fictional many of the characters - especially Helen - are based on my friends and their experiences.

This is such a good story and so well told. Though not as overtly erotic as most on this site, it surpasses most in dramatic quality and focussed restraint, not to mentioin being so close to the real life of many people. Like JimmyJump "I love stories where a scheming individual manipulates a rather shy, inexperienced woman and pries a submissive streak from under layers of moral upbringing". As a liberal Christian who is close to gay and lesbian Christian groups, I've also found it a painful reminder of how repugnant to my beliefs that kind of fundmentalism is. So a happy, faithful and long-lasting love to Helen and Sam; we await the collaring. (10/10)

A really good story, i have just finished reading all nine chapters and hope there are going to be more about these characters who i have come to know and like.
The characters are believeable and well filled out. The church predjuices are very believeable, i once held those beliefs myself, and though hetro i now realise how wrong they are.
So please, please let us have some more chapters .... pretty please? Rememeber there is still a collar that has not been fitted yet. (10/10)

- i have now read this story three times and i enjoy it as much, if not more, each time. My only dissapointment is that Miss Lisa will not write any more about these characters, especially the collaring (i know as i have pleaded with Her twice).

This delightful tale, told so delicately and so keenly observed leaves me waiting for the second chapter to probably complete the story. I am a mere male but I can appreciate the happiness possible between two people of the same sex. And no, I am not gay!

What a wonderful start Lisa. I like the way you are building up the story, nice & slowly with proper reason behind each action. I loved Gotcha, I have a feeling I'm going to like this even more! I can't wait for the next part.(s). (10/10)
