While I agree, I do not understand the reference to a foot fetish, the vivid descriptions, especially of the victim's breast being removed are superb. The detail is exquisite. (9/10)

Don't understand the reference to foot fetish since that is the only part of the poor protagonist's body that was spared. If you're in to gore, this is for you. (4/10)
