Overall, quite good and exciting. I have to say though that you made the mistake far too many writers do: you confuse circumference with diameter. When you describe the dog's knot, you said 4 inches AROUND. A circumference of 4 inches, means the diameter was only a little more than 1 inch. For that to be filling, given the context of your story, the slave's pussy must be very small and the mistress's fist also very tiny. Doesn't say much for the dildo size either.
Sorry to be so picky, but it's kind of a pet peeve of mine (no pun intended).
