Unfortunately, this little gem seems to have been abandoned before it could really blossom. Such a shame. This story could have gone places, but for whatever reason, the author decided not to continue writing. Maybe some day. (9/10)

After her excellent debut "My Girl Annie" Britta delivers again, alas in -to me- way too short a fashion.
But the tidbit is so well written, so well expressed that this time I don't mind the story's shortness that much.
And the girl not thinking of herself as being pretty, is typical for someone in her state of mind -not necessarily out of insecurity, but because it often happens someone lessens one's self-image in order to be able to heighten the appreciation of the one who is adored.
"Sweet, Cruel Katherine" is indeed cruel, deliciously so. But the real cruelty here is that Britta doesn't write/post more often... 'cuz damn, she's good!

I absolutely adore your stories and I think the only thing that put me a little off was the girl calling herself not pretty. It pushed me out of happy fantasy land for a moment. (9/10)
