I think you lost the plot, literally.
The diaologue is the key to this story, and the dialogue lets it down, dialogue and plot, the boy wants help with an ejaculaation problem and within minutes has been referred to as a Sissy and signed up for absolute slavery. The sense of reality just slipped away. It needs a much longer or better explained first part to get the victim to accept slavery as a positive move, otherwise he would have to be stoned to agree, and drugs aren't mentioned.
I would suggest re writing and or getting someone to read it through before it goes on line, not necessarily an editor as grammer and spelling look fine bbut to check you haven't lost the plot. (5/10)
