So far I really like what you are doing. The set up for this world/civilization is excellent, and the decent grammar and spelling makes it easy to read. I would like to see a slightly better description of the alien Mind-Runners. For instance it says "they have a hairy lower body with 4 legs and goat hooves". What kind of hair? Shaggy? Smooth? Coarse? Does their lower body look like a lion with goat hooves, or something else? Do they have human-like torso, with brown human skin? Or is it short fur? Are they muscular? Skinny? I couldn't really get a good image, besides the face. Also - I would advise you to put a "slow" tag in your tag list, as those people looking to jump right into the hot n' heavy might be disappointed. But overall, well worth the read for those of us into sci-fi. (9/10)
