I enjoyed it! Nicely written short story including many kinks that I find very entertaining. Formatting a little different...but that seems to be the norm these days. I hope you continue this as a series. The party preview is a nice teaser for it. Please don't be discouraged by the 8....I'm a very tough reviewer. In a previous incarnation (mine)it would likely have garnered a 9. It would appear that your work is new here....I'll give a few more a read to compare....stick around. (8/10)
